Typographical Errors
In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our vendors, Rockbobblehead Creation shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Rockbobblehead Creation will immediately credit your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Rockbobblehead Creation reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Rockbobblehead Creation reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Order charges - Changes
We will process your order as you specify from the order form or email that you have sent us as you ask. Sometimes, we will need to contact you prior to beginning a project and specify if an additional charge will be necessary to complete as you specified.
EX.. You order a custom bobblehead doll and in the notes ask for that doll to be sitting in a desk with a computer and phone on it. The desk, chair, computer and phone are not included in a custom bobblehead doll price listed. We would need to charge an additional amount to make it as specified.
Change orders - once we receive your order and begin production, changes from the original order are subject to additional charges. Meaning, if you send us a photo with a person wearing sunglasses, we will create what we see. Once the proof is received, if you require the removal of glasses, an additional charge would apply. This applies to body, clothing, colors as well. As all or work is custom designed, we can not simply remove clothing, or change a baked on color.
Our success rate with our customer is near perfect. We are proud of this and base it on our ability to communicate with our clients as well as draw feedback from them as we sculpt each step.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- You have the shipping option on order page to select the time frame to receive your item. In most cases we can deliver your bobbleheads according to the time frame you seleted. We send photos to you during production for approval, if any delays in receipt of approval of the proof or changes to the proof are requested, additional time may be needed to complete the job. If you need the doll for a specific date, please allow more time then needed to ensure a prompt delivery in time for the event.
Please note: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (National) such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th do not count within the delivery time.
Your production begins the following day after your photos and payment has been received. If you place your order Monday - the delivery time is XX days from Tuesday (excluding any Holidays). If the expected delivery date falls on a weekend day, your item will be received the following Monday.
All items must be signed for and we can not delivery to PO Boxes or APOS.
- Standard sculpting (ships within 3-4 weeks, proofing) Our standard option used for those who want the doll and have plenty of time to receive them. This option offers full proofs. Each proof throughout each stage (Cartoon (if applicable), Head & Hair, Color and Body (if applicable). You will see your doll created in the likeness of the photo you provided. you can assist our artists in making minor adjustments to perfect the look of your doll.
- Urgent sculpting (ships within 15 working days, proofing) This option allows for possibly all your proofs but to meet the time line, we may have to move past a proof stage to meet your demand. In most cases proofs will be received and approved within the time frame. You are allowed to make changes to proofs, but keep in mind that can add upto 3 days per complete change, Otherwise, additional time may be needed to complete the job.
- Super urgent sculpting (ships within 10 working days, proofing) We still provide proofs for this option. Like our Urgent option, you should give us your feedback fast.
- Wow, I need it now (ships within 5 working days, no proofs) Our fastest option for the person who just cannot wait. This option is very fast, we will provide no proofs for this option. Keep in mind - we are very good at sculpting our dolls to look like the photos we are given. The quality of the photo assists us in making the sculpt. The success of our dolls is that we allow the proofs to be received, amended and or changed based on your feedback. When utilizing this option, we need to waive the proofs making the dolls resemble how we think they should, not with your feedback. Our satisfaction rate on this option is 70-85%. This is due to the ability for you to tell us crucial feedback in the creation.
We ship all the bobblehead dolls via FedEx/DHL express shipping, and we will provide a tracking number. All items are shipped from our factory which is located in China. Due to the Covid-19, you may get your bobbleheads in about 7 days after shipping.

100% satisfaction guarantee. You may cancel your order at any time pre-shipment and receive a full refund.
If the bobblehead doll is received broken or chipped, you must report to us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will not be liable for any damages which have not been reported in a timely manner.
Shipping and Damage Claims
As we try to avoid damages with extreme care within our packing, sometimes damage can occur. All claims for shipping damage must be filed by the recipient with Rockbobblehead Creation in writing within three days of receipt, including sending digital photographs of the damaged product, box and packing material to us at info@rockbobble.com.
We won't be liable for any damages which have not been report timely.
All our merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment in approved packing boxes along with custom fitted Styrofoam and or clam shell inserts. Rockbobblehead Creation will remake the damaged products at its sole discretion if breakage was caused by neglect in our packing process. If this is the case, we will ship the replacement product to the customer within the posted standard order delivery time on the website (where the new remake order is considered received on the date when the shipping damage claim has been recognized by Rockbobblehead Creation).
If the damage photos do not show us a clean break or more information is required from our quality control team, you may be required to mail back the damaged doll at your sole expense. If this request is made, please ensure to include your order information within that package as well as on the main shipping box.
